Food is one of the best ways we can show our love for others. Giving our loved ones a home-made treat provides the warmth and fuzzy feelings that just cannot be found in most stores. However we all know that life is crazy, unpredictable and hectic. It is difficult to find the time and energy to prepare those treats. This is where Aunt Nikki's Bakery comes in. My mission is to provide you with the baked goods and treats to show love and kindness to yourself and the people you love most. Each item you purchase is packed with the same joy and love Aunt Nikki has for her nieces and nephew.

About Me
Hello I'm Auntie Nikki, or Nicole. I grew up in a family of baking. My grandma Joan worked briefly in a bakery and my uncle Lawrence used to decorate wedding cakes, and the two of them taught my mom and gave her the baking bug. From a young age, I always loved helping grandma Joan and my mom bake. In college, my fascination with the science of baking bloomed, thus I took my turn and decorated my first cake for my niece, Aubrey and instantly fell in love. From then on, I used science, along with guidance from my mom, grandma, (and internet) to build my baking knowledge and test new recipes. Now, I have 5 beautiful nieces and one handsome nephew who gives me life every day. I continue to bake and decorate cakes for all of them and I hope you can taste the love in the treats you try.
